
I suppose you could say there has been a lot of turnover in recent years. The least amount of people to live in this house was one, and the most I think was five. The most common number of residents is either three or four. The current number of residents is four.
Tammy Bowser
Tammy is the daughter of Rick and Debbie Bowser. Tammy first moved into the house with our parents when the home was purchased. Tammy was ?? years old. Tammy has since moved away and back approximately two times. She most recently moved back in July of 2005. It is unclear how long she will be staying this time.
Tammy returns to the house from Santa Cruz, CA.
Tammy brings to the house her ?wonderful? dogs, Umpa and Siady.
Tammy has a degree in horticulture and a masters certificate in composting.
zoe somebody
zoe is the son of Rick and Debbie Bowser. zoe changed his name from Richard Bowser. zoe did not live with his parents at the time his parents purchased the home. He moved home with his parents for a brief period and moved out again (to Santa Cruz) a year or so before his parents moved out. He moved back to the house when his father asked him to after the property management debacle (read more on the history page) around 1995/96. He lived in the house for many years before briefly moving to Nebraska around 1999. zoe returned to the house again in 2000, after deciding, mostly due to business concerns, that Nebraska wasn’t working out.
zoe is an audio engineer at the California Center for the Arts, working through IATSE Local 122 theatrical union. He still continues to do freelance web and graphic design for his former company [ i ] motion design.
zoe is a creative type who writes, paints, and dabbles with music.
Geniveve Prentice
Geniveve is the newest non-family housemate to take residence at our house. She is a videographer who works for KCOT in Oceanside, Ca, does freelance videography and editing for special events, and is currently working on several spots for current.tv.
