History of our Home

Honestly we don’t know too much write now about the history of our home. We are fairly sure that the community was first built in 1976 and that our family is the second owner.

The community and our home was first constructed.

First owners move in.

Our parents purchase the home on 1827 Manzanita Ct.

Our dad landscapes yard.

Our parents move out and hire property manager to rent out property.

Tenants install power for a jacuzi in the back yard.

Property management company starts pulling funny business to buy the property cheap.

Our dad approaches zoe about moving in and taking over the house.

Property management company is fired and zoe moves in. His roommates at that time are Becky (his girlfriend at that time) and Alan Dye (their housemate from Escondido where they were all moving from)

Alan Dye moves out.

Really fuzzy from there at this moment.
